
I dragged my Anova on a quick getaway but was let down by 1mm aluminum pans lol. Still delicious. Used Cow Cover and butter basted after a 136 bath – you can obviously tell I accidentally left it on one side for a bit too long while I was dressing the tater 😬

We have a vacuum sealer and sous vide setup at our Airbnb. We’ve had several guests use it. Not something we advertise, but when people ask specially about the kitchen, we do highlight this.
