This breakfast taco, the “Real Deal Holyfield” from Valentina’s is on my list of the best things I’ve ever ate. It is fried egg, potatoes, refried beans, bacon and tomato serrano salsa. I think about it often.

Is that an extremely thick slice of brisket on there? This looks like a massive pain to eat. I’m sure it’s tasty, but that needs to be chopped down.

I’m pretty sure you missed an ingredient in that taco

Yeah, they suck and had some “wage issues”, they closed and now they’re operating under a different name. Was a good taco though and I believe it was beans, bacon, brisket, fried egg, and salsa.
sad they closed and it sucks the way it happened. Hopefully someone can pick up the slack and offer something as good

You almost perfectly quoted the song Kiss on my List by Hall and Oats, just take out “I’ve ever ate” and add “in life”, I’ve been listening to a classic soft rock station recently btw XD

It still exists. Don’t want to advertise his new place but you can find it if you really want to give this guy your hard earned money.
