Coastal Indian-inspired Gin infused with curry leaves, green chili, black mustard seeds, cardamom, and mace @ 135 F for 90 minutes

made a cocktail with equal parts infused gin and equal parts normal gin, lime, fresh cilantro, and some simple syrup. came out well but next time i’ll try coconut washing the gin too for that extra tropical flavor
