Hi just wondering how many calories do you think is in this mini avocado?? My hand for reference. Google says 120 but im thinking 150. Dont have a food scale :/

weigh it !!! there’s cheap ones off amazon and you can track how many grams it is and then you’ll see the calories. you can’t properly calorie track without a scale
