    The absolute best way to do frozen corn! My family loves it this way – comes out just like corn on the cob. Sometimes I add a little sprinkle of sugar too.

    Works exceptionally well for baby peas/sweetlets as well – saute in butter, add a bit of salt, and if you like, sugar and dried mint.

    Will absolutely never go back to boiling or steaming frozen veg.
