I thought you guys would enjoy this. Rats were able to successfully distinguish several Sauvignon Blancs and Rieslings from each other. Send this to the people who say "Sommeliers can't even tell the difference between red and white wine" haha

    And the wines they made the rats taste were not atrocious swill. I’m cackling at the idea of a rat having to distinguish between Jacob’s Creek, Ménage à Trois and Barefoot

    Next up we’re teaching them to distinguish between cool climate and warm climate Pinot. Pretty soon they’re gonna be calling vintage and appellation correctly
