1/4 cup honey, 2tbsp dijon, 1tbsp yellow, 1tbsp hot sauce, 2tsp cayenne, 1tsp paprika, 1tsp garlic powder, a little salt, about 1/2tsp cider vinegar and 3 of the peri peri. heated it up a little to smooth it out. it’s nice.

    I do a wing flavor I call koney mustard for Korean honey mustard lol. Basically the same ingredients as you except sub gochujang for the hot sauce, gochugaru for the cayenne/paprika, and rice vinegar for the cider. No peri peri
