  4. It’s good but croissants are too buttery for burgers IMO. But a roast beef sandwich with provolone and jalapeños on a croissant it’s up there with my favorites.

    I would eat it, but a Brioche Bun fits better to a burger + is more affordable / easier to make. So I don’t really see a reason why a croissant would be used over a bun.

    Honestly if you have some leftover croissants from that big thing from Costco you may as well experiment. I even made croissant French toast with them once.

    I see it as a structure slipping issue. Moreso if there are vegetables. Probably would be cured if two croissants were used, the knobbly tops would improve grip as the interiors. Still, yours looks amazing.
