I don’t think it’s an existing type of bread, just the result of a method of making yummy carbs quickly.
Edit: Guys, this photo is from a Facebook post advertising “20 minute bread”. It’s probably AI generated. It’s not a real kind of bread.
Nutbuster_5000
I’m curious too! It looks like a kind of skillet bread although in the background it looks like bread in a cake tin. Reminds me of some of those traditional breads from Turkey or surrounding areas.

AI pancakes

I know this is not exactly it, but here you go. Hotteok(Ho-Tteo-K). No it’s not a bread it’s somewhere inbetween of ricecake and bread and stuffed with molten cinamon sugar.
I can’t edit so comment it is – I know this is most likely AI and as someone said in the comments I saw it on one of those crappy facebook ads for ’20 minute bread’. I’m more curious if there is a bread like this out there and if so how is it made lol
ETA: Thank you for all those who suggested breads that would be very similar to this! I have a few new things to try now. I was looking for quicker/easier handheld breads for my kids and you guys definitely delivered.
corvidier
closest Real Life bread i can think of would be somun, a bosnian/croatian flat(ish) bread

It’s probably AI but it’s probably just some basic flatbread made in a pan

I agree that this looks like AI. But to me it actually looks most similar to the Chinese stuffed “pancake” Xian Bing. I don’t have a specific recipe to recommend but a quick google search shows very similar results.
Sour cream bread/flatcakes. Slavic baking thing. I tried posting a link but it didn’t go through for some reason. You can look up “сметанные лепешки”, they look exactly like that. The shape/colour in general looks like something using sour cream in baking would give you.
If you’re interested in giving it a go, I can send you a link and translate it.
Dont-Tell-Fiona
Maybe? Same pic but I have no idea how it would turn out. I don’t trust many of the recipes found on FB.
They look like if you tried to make pancakes with brioche dough

Everyone is saying it’s AI but IMO if it is then the AI has been trained on Sheermal: [https://zestysouthindiankitchen.com/sheermal-saffron-flat-bread-with-touch-of-cardamom/](https://zestysouthindiankitchen.com/sheermal-saffron-flat-bread-with-touch-of-cardamom/)

[Hotcake Man](https://japantoday.com/category/features/food/hotcake-man-steamed-pancake-buns-return-to-japanese-convenience-stores-2)
