Ever since anthony bourdain revealed his favorite sandwich was basically fried mortadella with melted provolone with a little dijon or yellow mustard, I figured mortadella would be my new fav lunch meat turns out that sandwich really worked but its really similar to regular bologne or olive loaf with that being said I still buy mortadella for my muffalettas. RIP to the legend bourdain.
