### Tomato soup with basil
#### Ingredients:
– 400 g of canned tomatoes in their own juice
– 1 liter of vegetable or chicken broth
– 1 small onion
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh basil (optional)
#### Preparation:
1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, add finely chopped onion and garlic, fry until golden brown.
2. Add the canned tomatoes and broth, bring to a boil.
3. Reduce the heat and cook for 15-20 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Remove from heat and grind with a blender until smooth.
Serve with fresh basil. Enjoy your meal!
