So going to the gym and trying to be better at measuring and tracking my foods. Because of my job I’m always driving around and never at one place. Would this be sustainable health wise? I’m trying to lose fat and build muscle. I lift and walk 2k miles a day.

Omg that’s so much protein
hey op 🙂
i see some chat ab protein and i wanted to suggest the fact that when consuming an adequate amount of protein, youre much better off to base it off your lean body mass and not your total body mass…
for example, if you are objectively a higher body fat percentage…i would shoot for .7g per pound and if you are a leaner individual, that .9-1g per pound is likely much more appropriate.
in getting just the right amount of protein, and not too much or little, you leave room for the other important macronutrients being your fats and carbs which will help a lot with possible fatigue or cognition issues. each macronutrient has its own very important role in the body 🙂 so make sure to split those appropriately!! 🫶🏽
