Habanero chili adds sweetness and the heat! How much salt do I need to add after? I put about 1 tablespoon of kosher salt. I think it needs more salt but at the same time I don’t want to ruin it with too much salt.

You could try a 1/8 tsp of msg also

I personally use about a tablespoon of chicken noir, juice of a lime, and some sprigs of cilantro

I salt the veg before roasting, adjust at the end. It’s easier for me to eyeball it that way.
