Didn't shut it down properly one night about a week ago after a few too many while waiting for a brisket. Went to use it yesterday and it was jammed. Went to undo the screw in the auger and I can't get access to the bolt on the opposite side of that black screw because it's too close to black metal below. I can't rotate the auger, because this motor is blocking it. I've been told to try blowtorch the blocked pellets and deliberately back burn the auger, but wanted to see if there's any other alternatives.
