no matter how much i whisk, or surface whisk my matcha lattes, they almost always have remaining bubbles that ruin the art 🙁 (milk aeration isn’t the problem in this case because my regular lattes are bubble free)
I see a lot of silky smooth matchas on tiktok and I wonder what I’m doing wrong?
I’m unfortunately unsure of the exact measurement of powder we use, but it’s 1 1/2 to 2 of the small spoon we use (so sorry I’m very much a tell me what to do and I’ll do it no questions kinda gal), and all employees use the same amount and most struggle like this too.
