    Great execution on the onsen eggs!

    Even the Chashu looks like something you’d get from a good ramen place in Japan. Great knife work and perfectly charred skin.

    If you did all of that yourself then it’s super impressive!

    I would have thought it’s from a ramen shop in Japan if not for the green leaves vegetables (it’s like veggies in restaurants are illegal in Japan lmao).
