I’m not a stranger to tinned fish but if anyone has doubts about them or is curious and needs a run to consider for their first foray, then maybe try these lil dudes. Perfect light dinner. No fishier than a can of tuna. Roasted garlic oil was scrumptious. Eat with choice of accoutrements (avocado, pickled onion and baguette for me) or they ain’t bad straight out of the can.

White anchovies are so good!
I love this tin! If you want, next time you can try flipping the tin onto a plate – they put all the roasted garlic on the bottom so that it cascades over the fish if you plate it
Agreed! They are amazing. Wife got me a tin for Christmas and I assumed they were like other anchovies. I opened them one night and discovered they rank as one of the best tins of fish I’ve ever had!
This is a great tin. Amazing on a Caesar salad even though it’s a different kind of anchovy preparation than the typical.
Patagonia anchovies are my favorite tin. All the flavors are incredible
These would absolutely be my daily tin of choice if they fit into the budget.
These are delicious. And the box has lots of stuff to read (more information is on the inside of the box) while I eat them straight from the tin.
