Long time lurker, first time poster. Yesterday someone here shared a picture of some bean burritos/wraps and i fell asleep thinking about it and craving it for breakfast 🌝 so, thank you for the inspiration.
I’ve been calorie tracking and weighing my food for a few weeks only. Still getting the hang of it. Most days I skip breakfast because I don’t wake up hungry and preparing food in the morning feels like a chore. I prefer a big lunch and dinner.
But sometime I wake up and crave burritos.
These tortillas allegedly only have 4g of net carbs. I try to focus on high protein but I also try to eat a lot of beans everyday – I’m experimenting with my complex carb intake.
