I had to look this up, I’d never heard of a Bialy before. At first, I thought it was a pizza that rose way too much around the crust, I didn’t realize it was a bagel.
Never had one, but I would absolutely try one.

Love them! Lived in lower Manhattan in the late 80’s and there was bialy/bagel place down the street. I haven’t had one since.
