Had this cheese on a charcuterie board at a restaurant. It was a crumbly and smoky yellowish cheese that was slightly sharp, not quite as intense flavor as a blue cheese. I could call and ask the restaurant I guess but Reddit experts come first. Any ideas as to what it could be?
