Savory the goodness of this Chicken and Ham Croquettes Recipe, a mouthwatering snack or appetizer that’s sure to become a favorite. These bite-sized treats are packed with the rich flavors of chicken, ham, and Cheese, all wrapped up in a golden, crunchy coating.

Ingredients: (1 cup = 200 ml)
3 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp Soup Premix + 2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour (Maida) or Use 3 Tbsp Maida Avoid the soup premix
1 Cup Chicken Stock / Milk
½ Tsp Pepper Powder
1 Tsp Garlic Powder (Optional)
1 Cup Boiled Shredded Chicken
1 Cup Ham – Chicken/Pork finely chopped
1/3 Cup Grated Cheese – Used Cheddar Cheese – Can use 2 cubes of Processed Cheese too
Salt only if required

For coating:
2 Tbsp Maida
1 Egg
½ Cup Bread Crumbs

Oil to Deep Fry and grease hands
After making the mix keep in fridge for few Hrs or over night and then shape and roll into the coating. Keep once more in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes and then fry them. Best served hot
