Log cake for son’s 18th birthday


He said he wanted something "manly" but that I could still make it pretty. It was such a struggle with the heat and humidity here in Australia at the moment, everything just wanted to melt. Even with the AC blasting, I literally had to work on it in 5 minute increments, putting it back into the fridge for 20 minutes in between.

    I only have AC in my bedroom and in the middle of summer was making a cake for a friend. Had to frost it in my bedroom and even then was a struggle haha I feel you
