Wilt the spinach & cavolo nero leaves. 1. Blend the greens with stock, lemon, and nooch into a smooth sauce. 1. Fry the butter beans, then stir in the green sauce and warm through. 1. Top with crispy broccoli & serve with toasted sourdough.

* 1 handful spinach
* 1 vegetable stock pot
* 25g nooch
* salt & pepper
* ½ lemon
**Beans**
* 1 x 700g jar (or 2 x 400g tins) butter beans
**Crunchy Topper**
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* reserved broccoli florets
