I'm 51 , I'm originally from the south of Italy where people barely eat anything spicy, with the exception of calabria region. I'm definitely an exception. I have liked spicy food at least since i was a teenager but started seriously loving it in the last 25 yrs. The love for spicy food has only grown since then. I probably eat a fresh habanero every day and use powders to cook in my recipes or hot sauces to accompany dishes. In this photo I present you three hot sauces that are one of my faves, probably you know at least the mad dog 357. I think the classic one is probably the hottest. The fire demon poppamies is imo better in taste and slightly milder than mad dog. The scorpion poppamies has the best taste of the 3 and its still very hot (but milder). Mad.dog 357 is a real beast.
