3 eggs, 2 slices full fat velveeta cheese, cilantro and whatever seasonings
Toast w apple butter or plain yogurt and black pepper
Coffee protein shake 🙂

    I used to make omelets almost every day when I was losing weight a few years ago. My cooking skills have gotten so bad they now always turn into egg scrambles. I’ve got work to do lol
