Sourdough Focaccia Bread Recipe:
You Must Try This! It taste soo good that you would think it’s difficult. In truth, its so simple! Just watch the video and see for your self. Even if its not perfect, it will still taste great.

This simple recipe, with only 5 ingredients, turns into the most satisfying bread you will ever eat. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside… this bread will ground you while raising your spirits.
You can get creative with it, make it into a meal or a snack. Bring it to a party or share for a special meal.
Breakfast, lunch or dinner!
Ingredients:
100g active sourdough starter
10g salt
440g room temp water
510g flour
3-5 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients except for oil.
Completely incorporate the flour, then let sit for 30 minutes.
Perform 8-10 Stretch and Folds.
Drizzle 2-3 tbsp of oil over top, cover and let rise for 4-10 hours or until doubled.
Place 1-2 tbsp oil in the bottom of a pan, 9X13 rectangle or 12 in round cast iron/pan.
Pour batter into pan and use hands to hold a couple times like an envelope.
Rub top of dough with oil.
Allow dough to do a 2nd rise, 4-6 hours, until nearly doubled or is puffy / bubbly.
Preheat oven at 425*.
While heating add your toppings:
Salt, garlic, herbs, peppers, cheese, sausage, onion, red pepper flakes… anything you think would be amazing!
Use all 10 fingers oiled/wet, to dimple the dough to your liking.
Bake 25 minutes, cool for 20 minutes before serving.
Eat it plain, add butter/cheese, eggs, dip in soup, serve with pasta to scoop up the sauce.
