You probably know this. Stock on up meat, frozen veggies, canned foods etc when it is on sale. You can freeze the meat. Then you won’t have to have a “just paid my rent meal”. Also sometime when things are about to expire like bread or meat they reduce the price – just freeze it right away. That’s what I do.

That really doesn’t look bad. A good paid the rent meal is also fried rice! Little oil, sauté garlic, onions, soy sauce, throw in rice (day old is best but fresh is also good) and stir fry it then add some mixed veggies and an egg. Good luck next week!

It’s just oil, garlic and chili flakes with spaghetti.

There.is a reason homeless people are still fat in America. Find a church or pantry that gives out free food and go. In some cities multiple organizations do it so you can visit 3-4 places a week🤷♂️.
