I love baking cakes for parties, but I haven't thrown a birthday party for myself in years. So, three years ago I started a tradition to bake myself a birthday cake even if I'm not having a party.
2025 – apple & toffee cheesecake
2024 – chocolate & toffee cake
2023 – chocolate & nougat cake
