You’re like 95% there minus the pace looking salsa. If that’s homemade i’d blend it and thin it out and chefs kiss. If not homemade get a thin salsa (or nm style red chili would be my preference)

I knew an “Indian Taco” the second i saw it! Grew up in South Dakota and we always try to buy the Indian fry bread mix when we go back
