Ingredients:
Salmon -350 g,
Mussels without shell -100 g,
Shiitake mushrooms -100 g,
Potato – 2 pcs,
Carrot- 1 pcs,
Leek- 50 g,
Cream – 200 ml
Italian seasoning- 1 tsp,
Salt – to taste
Parsley- to taste
Cut the potatoes into small cubes, carrots into strips, leeks into half rings, and mushrooms into large pieces. Then chop the garlic. Fry all the vegetables together in a cooking pot for 5 minutes. Then add water and boil for 10 minutes.
Remove the bones from the salmon and cut it into medium cubes. Append salmon, cream, mussels without shell, Italian seasoning and salt to taste. (Add water if necessary) Cook the soup for another 10 minutes. Add chopped parsley to the finished soup. Bon appetit!
