    My only critique would be that you might’ve done it a bit too fast. I always put my grilled cheeses on a pan that’s only just heating up and even then only keep the heat on medium at the most. Results have always been a fully golden-brown outside with a great crunch, not even the slightest burning on top or edges. Takes me about 40 minutes to nurse a GC up, but that’s great time to use pondering “how is my acid reflux going to react to this?”
