I’ve been drinking bone broth in the morning on an empty stomach and before bed. I feel less hungry in the morning … but maybe it’s just placebo? I’m mainly using it for the extra protein and collagen. I’m losing a lot of weight and I want my skin to snap back you know. Has anyone tried this consistently and do u feel it works for you. Any recommendations I would appreciate!

If this was available in my place I would buy it no question, it looks like the best combination of volume eating and protein intake, do you know if it’s made in chicken flavor too?
Yes, I think so? I like savory and can drink this while I teach.
This sounds great, I just ordered some to try it out!
Low calorie life hack. Filling, easily digested & high in protein, I’ve also found that typically bone broth is lighter on the sodium than specific (chicken/beef/veggie stock) broths.
Low cal warm liquids with protein are excellent for weight loss. The collagen on the other hand – there is no proof that ingesting collagen actually helps firm your skin, but it won’t hurt you so if the broth helps you stay on plan and you like it, enjoy! I drink probably between one and 2 pints a day. Keeps me feeling full and prevents me from overeating. I make mine homemade but I will supplement with the dry if I run out or am trying to stretch my homemade goodness. I fill a large Stanley thermos before work and sip on it throughout the day
if anyone has any hacks to not make bone broth taste like absolute ass, send them my way
Weirdly I wanted to vomit after drinking it for a bit
