Sushi rolls with my daughter last night at Ozen sushi in Anaheim CA.
They're all sushi rolls but I wasn't sure which flare to use. The roles in the picture are: Philadelphia roll Eel special role Spicy tuna tempura roll Firecracker roll. Not necessarily in that order.

Slight correction. It’s Ozen sushi in Buena Park, CA. Like right on the border next to Anaheim. That’s why I thought it was Anaheim
