Thats very thin, it will cook super fast. You want it unrolled a bit

Keep it rolled works for me, it will unfold as it cooks so fats became soft
Also unroll every one of them are quite a chore

I keep them unrolled. You can straighten them out on the grill once they defrost

unroll for even cooking & if you want to brush a marinade on top, it will adhere better & be more evnly applied.

Unroll and burn. You’re welcome.

Unroll as they cook! Makes for a better eating experience and better texture.

You can’t unroll it while it’s still frozen, it will just break. So you put it on the pan for about a minute, it will defrost and then you unroll. You want it to get crispy everywhere. It’s also not like beef where you might want the middle a little rare.
If you are bbqing *after* it’s already defrosted, unroll first. It will be very difficult to unroll while slightly cooked.
