12 or do tomatillos, 1 garlic bulb, 1 large tomato, 4 jalapeños, 2 sappranos, 1 large red onion. Added too much lime juice and it was a little to citricy but otherwise delicious! Smoked for about an hour before blending. Not very visually appealing but taste is very good! I'm wondering if I can add salt or something to maybe cut the lime?

I made salsa the other day with too much lime. I added a bit of korr chicken boulion powder and I felt like it helped
Add pinches of sugar to cut the acid. This is how I make my chili. I throw all veggies & meat in the smoker. Then into the pot to simmer.
It might look better if you left those tomatoes out or used green ones. I’m sure it tasted great though!
Do you feel the flavor changes a lot when you blend it? I can’t bring myself to ever blend salsa I can only do molchante ground it might be in my head but it feels like the flavor changes
