






My dad was having some company over and grilled chicken on his gas grill smoked ribs at 300 for 2 hours then glazed them and wrapped them. Placed them back on the smoker for an additional hour and then open back up glaze again and cooked for additional 15 minutes. Then made 4 cheese smoked macaroni & cheese for 1 hour on the smoker at 300!!!!
