I had an incredible evening at Jônt the other night. The food was just magnificent with so many unforgettable bites. I was especially impressed they served Wolfe Ranch Quail, which I’ve only had at Addison and Kato.
The staff was incredibly friendly and passionate. Had a lot of great conversations with them throughout the night. I highly recommend a visit, it’s one of my favorite US fine dining meals.
