I’m not great at decorating, one pan was smaller than the other two, and the ganache is messy, but overall I thought it came out alright. I changed a few things: I added raspberry flavoring to the cake, and I couldn’t find freeze dried raspberries so I added a little raspberry flavoring in with the raspberry preserve.

This looks amazing and what I want for my birthday. Chocolate with raspberry is the best combo IMO of the chocolate fruit combos. I love them all but this is my favorite. Well done!
