Under 300cals including parm and light ranch(should actually be 288cals but chronometer doesn't have the correct tortillas in the database). Could be even less with low/non fat cheese or omit the ranch. Could also throw some ham on there for more protein and not a lot more calories. As it sits 21g protein and 18g fiber:)
