  1. Next time put a couple of slices of bread on the bottom before cooking, it soaks up the grease and keeps the meat from burning on the bottom.

    Add one egg per lb of ground meat half a stack of saltines crushed fine and spend another 2-3 min combining.

    Is this your first attempt? It’s actually not too bad,add an egg and some breadcrumbs and you should be fine for next time

    I would just throw it in some taco shells with some salsa and cheese and continue the daily process of lying to myself about everything

  10. Honestly it’s a cheat but it makes great meatloaf every time – Lipton Onion Soup mix has a recipe on the website. I made it tonight. Delicious!

    At least you’re not the guy that put CREAM CHEESE in their meatloaf. This looks edible in comparison.

  12. Don’t cook it in a loaf pan – add eggs and saltines a little bit of milk, shape into a loaf on a foil lined baking sheet and bake until done

    Use a binder for meatloaf, think of it as a big meatball. Be it bread crumbs, crackers or eggs. Try a good recipe you can find online maybe Pinterest. Also cook it on a tray not in a casserole dish. The fat needs to bleed out. And it looks like you need a lot more seasoning. Fun tip too is to cook it on veg as right on top, such as potatoes, onions and carrots. They taste so good with all that juice and fat roasted in

    Just looks like you didn’t have any binders in it. Next time try adding some breadcrumbs and an egg or two (depending on how much meat you’re using). Should turn out more put together and firm 😁
