Meal prepped for two weeks. Part of this goes in the freezer. This took around 3.5 hours total. I wrote down my ingredient list, and posted pictures how I lay everything out. I cook vegetables and starches first. The rice was made the night before and left in the fridge. Sauces are made in the beginning and set aside. The only recipe I don't have right now is my coconut chicken recipe and I'm still working on it. I think this version may be the winner though!

Kudos. I meal prepped a long long long time and found myself throwing that shit away around day 5-6…. 2 weeks is a great thought / idea but when food tastes 10 days old you gotta draw the line somewhere. Stay strong!
