I recently got to try Rebel Cheese during a work trip to Austin. Im now obsessed and had to host a cheese night to introduce friends to it.
I love them all. The tomato fromage is the best imo (it’s pizza flavored cheese). Smoked cheddar seemed to be the group favorite.
They are all amazing though. Highly recommend.

I love the tomato herb fromage! It’s so tangy and sour cheeses are my favorite. I always hated brie when I was vegetarian but rebel converted me!
i never heard of them until very recently. apparently it’s not just local. they can deliver gift boxes and i’m so curious to do it. this looks fantastic.
