Haven’t done meal preps for a hot minute and felt like some easy, no reheat meals for this week. Settled on a chicken Caesar wrap and a fruit bowl.

For the wraps I took 4 chicken breasts and butterflied them, seasoned with a teaspoon each of onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and hit it up with salt and pepper.

Then took one cos (romaine) lettuce and shredded and washed it. Pan seared the chicken breast and set aside to rest. Put 6 rashers of middle cut bacon into the air fryer at 200 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes (would have done it in the oven but air fryer was quicker and the bacon turned out pretty good!)

Then mixed the lettuce, chicken, bacon, a bit of Parmesan cheese and some store bought Caesar dressing to a bowl and mixed together. Laid out some low carb tortillas, added a little more dressing, added the salad mix and wrapped.

For storage I wrapped them up in parchment paper and popped them in the fridge.

For the fruit I just diced up half a watermelon added some washed grapes, strawberries and blueberries. Divided into 5 containers and stored in the fridge.
