Ingredients for the Chicken:

1 Big Potato
1 Big Carrot
1 Onion
Few Cloves of Garlic
1 Teaspoon ( Garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, cumin, paprika, black pepper, salt, mixed herbs )
1 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Lemon juice
Pinch of salt and Cayenne pepper for vegetables
Ingredients for the Yogurt Dill Sauce :
1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
Handful chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoons chopped chives
1 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
Few cloves of roasted garlic (roasted with the chicken)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
