Ingredients:
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 egg
1 tbsp heavy cream
¾ cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Whisk until well combined.

3. In a separate, microwavable safe bowl, melt the shredded mozzarella cheese.

4. Stir in the heavy cream until well combined with the melted cheese.

5. Add the dry ingredients to the mixture. You need to do this quickly before the melted cheese begins to harden.

6. Add the egg to the mixture and mix until well combined.
If the dough is too wet, add a bit more almond flour.
If it’s too tough, microwave for a few seconds to reheat the cheese, but be cautious because the egg can start to cook.

7. Section the keto naan dough into 4 balls and set them on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

8. Spread out the dough into bread shapes.

9. Cook the keto naan for 20 minutes or until it begins to turn golden brown.

10. Remove your keto naan from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
