Oh boy we are definitely on the same page with the salmon…I couldnt stand it no matter how I cooked it.grill,baked,fried,nothing had a good taste for me..had to have a go at ut for my cholesterol,from the dr.tellin me so…I tried,not for me though…dont care for any seafood really…Id eat what you just made no doubt….looks killer…you always keep surprising me with your concoctions…you go girl!
