Mushroom & Sourdough Heaven: The Ultimate Comfort Sandwich!

Ingredients:
* Butter
* Chopped Garlic
* Sliced Onions
* Sliced Mushrooms (Cremini, Portobello, or your favourite)
* Salt
* Red Chili Flakes
* 1 tbsp All-Purpose Flour (Maida)
* 1/2 cup Milk (plus more if needed)
* 1 Cheese Slice (Cheddar, Mozzarella, or your choice)
* Basil Leaves (optional, for garnish)
* Sourdough Bread (I source mine from [Your Sourdough Source – link if possible])
* Mozzarella Cheese (for topping)
instructions:
1. Sauté the Mushrooms:Heat butter in a pan. Add red chilli flakes and chopped garlic, and sauté briefly. Add sliced onions and cook until pink. Add sliced mushrooms and salt. Cook until the mushrooms are tender and any liquid has evaporated.
2. Make the Creamy Sauce: Add all-purpose flour (maida) to the mushroom mixture and sauté for a few minutes. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Add more milk if the sauce is too thick. For extra creaminess, melt in a cheese slice. Garnish with basil leaves (optional).
3. Assemble the Sandwich: Take sourdough bread (or any bread you like). Spread the mushroom mixture on one slice, top with mozzarella cheese, and cover with the other slice.
4. Grill the Sandwich: Pan-grill the sandwich in butter or olive oil until golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey. Enjoy your cafe-style sandwich!
