Three ingredient High Protein Bagels You need 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 cup all purpose flour and 2 tsp baking powder. Oil your hands, Roll into a ball, form a hole, simmer in water for 30-45 seconds, brush with egg wash, sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning and bake in the oven for 50-55 minutes at 350F degrees. Because of the yogurt the dough is still moist so you need to let sit for two hours to dry, slice in half and toast when eating. Recipe makes 4 bagels.
I just watched three of your food videos and your style, and how you talk with your doggie…and i iust subscribed. Hope you like MY channel. Can't wait to try the bagel and also date recipe.
Just made them! Not bad for a quick bagel fix. I did stretch my dough a bit bigger so next time I'll keep them thick. I dipped two of the four bagels in the boiling water for 30-45 seconds for a chewier texture. After baking and cooling for 15 mins, the ones in water were chewier and softer but just by a bit. They were all delicious. Tysm for the recipe!😊
I tram ed it but don’t know why my dough is soooo wet. Followed the recipe to a T. I used full fat Greek yogurt. So wet can’t even firm it. Threw it away!

Yummy 😋🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷
With sharp teeth that make four bagels 😂
Do you think I could get the same result with pumpkin seed flour or oat flour?
