Sir Charles (136F for ~25 hours)

Injected with this marinade:

• 1 cup chicken stock
• 1 tbsp salt
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp sake
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tbsp olive oil

This was literally some of the most delicious meat I have ever eaten.
