  2. Just a thought… I’ve presented lobster tail this way, and I haven’t seen this or thought of this before…. It is up on the split shell… Empty space…. And I am not how pracitible it would be to eat, I would need to experiment, but anyone pipe in a puree or mousse, or maybe a crab or shrimp salad and use that space?
